How To Play Word Scramble Game
Basic rules:
Choose your diificulty level and click on the 'Start Game' button to start the game. A scrambled word will appear inside the white panel with red colored letters. You will have to make the original word and enter the word in the 'Enter your guess' textbox. A prompt will be displayed whether your guess was correct or not.
Hints:
Hints will appear in the status bar for each word. Hints can be similar words, related words, or a short description of the word.
Scoring system:
You will get points based on the length of the word, if you guessed it correctly. Each time you entered an incorrect guess, point 1 will be deducted from your current score. If you failed to guess the word with the given time, a new scrambled word will appear, and points based on the length of the word will be deducted from your current score.
Game time:
You cannot think of a specific word forever! The time is limited. 25 seconds for each word in the Easy level, 35 seconds for each word in the Normal level and 45 seconds for each word in the Hard level. So you have to be super fast!!!
Difficulty levels:
There are three different difficulty levels, Easy, Normal and Hard respectively.
Easy level contains words which are 3-4 characters long.
Normal level contains words which are 5-6 characters long.
Hard level contains words which are 7-8 characters long.
Keyboard shortcuts:
Pressing the '0' key will show you this how to file.
Pressing the '1' key will set the game difficulty to Easy mode.
Pressing the '2' key will set the game difficulty to Normal mode.
Pressing the '3' key will set the game difficulty to Hard mode.
Pressing the 'Space Bar' key will prompt you for a new game.
Pressing the 'Enter' key first time (before starting the game) will start the game. While playing the game, pressing the 'Enter' key will check the word you entered in the 'Enter your guess' box.
Keyboard shortcuts are available in Internet Explorer 5.0+, Opera 7.0+, Firefox 0.8+, Netscape 6.0+ and Mozilla 1.1+. They will also work in Epiphany and Galeon web browsers, if those browsers are using the Mozilla/5.0 Gecko engine.
Opponents:
Opponents are just the aliases of the computer itself.

Opera 7.0+ ** (Partial Support)
Sorry, Opera is not fully supported. You may get some peculiar outputs while playing this game in Opera. It will be better not to play this game in Opera. In future, I will try my best to add full support for the Opera browser.
Platform notes:
This game has nothing to do with the platform, because it is completely written in JavaScript. So, you donot need to worry. If you have one of those browsers mentioned above, you can play the game. You can try the game in Konqueror on KDE and Safari on Mac. They may not support the keyboard features, but they can run the game.
